Show is the Fall Sales event of the Hagerstown Model Railroad Museum featuring Model Trains, Railroadiana, and Railroad Collectibles. The show is held at the Washington County Agricultural Education Center (7313 Sharpsburg Pike) and has plenty of parking. The location is on Rt. 65 (I-70 Exit 29) about 6.5 miles south of the Hagerstown Outlets and 3 miles north of the Antietam National Battlefield. This event is part of the fund raising activities of the Hagerstown Model Railroad Museum which is in the process of restoring the historic Norfolk and Western Antietam Station located in Sharpsburg, MD. Sorry, this is a sale only. There are no layouts on display. Tables are 8 foot and cost $18.00 per table. Adult $5.00, Children under 12 Free.
Women who enjoy singing are invited to the Freedom Valley Chorus open house on the first Monday of each month throughout 2014. Visitors will have the opportunity to learn a song in four-part a capella harmony. While each first Monday is the designated open house, visitors are welcome at any rehearsal. The chorus is a chapter of Sweet Adelines, International.
