Beyond Grief Support Group

A.W.A.K.E. (Alert, Well, And Keep Energetic)
A support group for people with sleep apnea, their family members, friends and anyone who might be interested in learning more about sleep disorders. Healthcare professionals will provide information to increase understanding of sleep apnea and other sleep disorders. Participants will have the chance to exchange information and help others improve their quality of life.

MommyTalk
New motherhood and the pressures of daily life often bring about many challenges. Not only are you learning your new role as a parent, but you are also adjusting to your changing body, relationship with your partner, daily schedule and more. Mommy Talk is a monthly group designed to connect new moms with useful information in an environment that allows for social interaction and sharing. Each month, the group focuses on a topic geared towards new moms and allows time for open discussion. All new moms are welcome. Feel free to hold your baby in your arms if you don’t have childcare.

Overeaters Anonymous Meeting
This is a one hour twelve-step recovery meeting in which we share our experience, strength, and hope in an emotionally safe and supportive environment. You may share your story with us, or simply listen. There is time before and after the meeting for questions and answers. Recovery literature is available. We practice the 12 Steps as adapted from Alcoholics Anonymous. We use tools to recover from our personal struggle from the disease of compulsive eating.
We welcome anyone who struggles with food, overeating, under-eating, bulimia and exercise bulimia. Are you having a problem controlling your eating? If you’re interested in helping yourself, we’re interested in helping you. The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop eating compulsively. No dues, fees or weigh ins. Everyone welcome!

Al-Anon Family Groups are a fellowship of relatives and friends of alcoholics who share their experience, strength, and hope, in order to solve their common problems. We believe alcoholism is a family illness and that changed attitudes can aid recovery. There are no dues or fees for membership. Al-Anon has but one purpose, to help families of alcoholics. We do this by practicing the Twelve Steps, be welcoming and giving comfort to families of alcoholics, and by giving understanding and encouragement to the alcoholic. When you don’t know where to turn because someone drinks too much, Al-Anon family groups can help.
