DESCRIPTION:Harmony 3 is an NYC-based trio of dynamic musicians bringing a contemporary perspective to the classic ensemble of oboe\, clarinet\, and bassoon.\nWorkshop at 4pm: focus on playing chamber music\, and American composers.\nThe workshop will feature performances\, Q&A\, and an instrument “petting zoo”\nConcert at 7pm: “Women’s Voices”\nProgram will feature female composers across styles and time periods. Composers include Jenni Brandon\, 20th-century French composer Fernance Decruck\, and beloved jazz musician Billie Holiday. We’ll finish the concert with original jazz arrangements featuring Yaala Ballin.
