Mercersburg Chess Club First Local Tournament

Mercersburg Chess Club invites you to enter our first ever local chess tournament.

Prizes : Adult ($40), Grade 9-12 ($30), up to Grade 8 ($30). Any ties will be split.

For Grade 5 & under competitive play experience is required.

Players U18 MUST be accompanied by an Adult in the Library at ALL times.

Entry Fees : Adult ~ $10, Under 18 ~ $5

This is an unrated tournament. Membership in USCF is not required nor is recording moves.

Due to generous donations from Fast Ink, Erich Hawbaker, Mello D Farms, & Mercersburg Rotary Club we are able to provide sufficient equipment for up to 24 players. If you have not used clocks, we will show you how to use them when you arrive. Bring a packed lunch or visit our local food providers.
