Eggs from Farm to Kitchen

This program presents the essentials of egg food safety from farm to table, offering guidance on proper handling during production, transport, and storage. Participants will explore egg storage techniques and observe a cooking demonstration highlighting safe preparation practices. The registration fee is $15 and will take place at the Ag Heritage Building (lower level), 185 Franklin Farm Lane, Chambersburg, PA.
