Historic Bender’s Lutheran Church Celebration 245th Anniversary Open House and Tour of Historic Church & Cemetery Celebration

Celebrating 250th Anniversary of the United States of America – Celebration of 245th Anniversary of Bender’s Lutheran Church with Open House with tours of Historic Bender’s Lutheran Church, music by Donna Kime and Friends, tours of the Historic Cemetery (which has remains of veterans from the Revolutionary War, War of 1812, and Civil War) by Sandy Kime, Displays of Historical Artifacts (Original deed and indenture & contract to build 1811 church will be on display),and Light Refreshments. (According to records, Bender’s is the oldest Lutheran Church in Adams County still worshipping.) Bender’s Lutheran Church is located at 1385 Rentzel Road, Biglerville.
