Enter once daily to win a 4 pack of festival tickets. This year’s festival will be held on October 7th-8th & 14th-15th, 2023. Weekly winners selected at random every Wednesday, September 13th thru October 4th.
Winners will be notified by phone and announced on The Franklin Shopper Facebook page.
Apple Harvest Festival Contest Rules
A complete copy of these rules can be obtained at the offices of The Franklin Shopper, owned, and operated by Blue Ridge Publishing Company. 25 Penncraft Ave., Chambersburg, PA 17201, during normal business hours Monday through Friday or by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the above address.
The Franklin Shopper will conduct the Contest (“Apple Harvest Festival Contest”) substantially as described in these rules, and by participating, each participant agrees as follows:
- No purchase is necessary. Void where prohibited. All federal, state, and local regulations apply.
- Sponsor: Winners will receive four tickets to The National Apple Harvest Festival in Biglerville, PA. There will be a total of four winners of a 4-pack of tickets. All prizes must be claimed in person at The Franklin Shopper at the address identified above during regular business hours and within seven (7) business day of winning, excluding holidays, unless otherwise agreed to by The Franklin Shopper at its sole discretion. After such time, ownership of said prize reverts to The Franklin Shopper to be disposed of at its discretion. The winner then loses all claims and rights to said prize.
- Entrants: An individual may win this contest only one per six-month period unless otherwise specifically stated. An individual may win other season or one-time contests only once for the duration of the contest. An individual may enter this contest only once daily during the designated contest or drawing time period. An individual may vote only once in a 24-hour period during the designated contest or drawing period. The Franklin Shopper reserves the right to limit the number of times an individual may enter a contest or drawing. Proper identification must be presented by any winner to claim prize. Only legal U.S. residents aged 18 or older with a valid Social Security number at the time of entry are eligible to participate in the contests. Employees, agents, representatives, or affiliates of The Franklin Shopper, or Blue Ridge Publishing Company and the immediate family members and household members are not eligible to participate. The term “immediate family members” includes spouses, parents, siblings, grandparents, children, grandchildren and cohabiting significant others. Emails used to enter will be added to The Franklin Shopper Weekly E-Newsletter. Subscribers may unsubscribe at any time. A valid email is required.
- The contest will begin on Wednesday September 6th, 2023, and will run through September 29th, 2023.
- There is one way to enter this Contest, online at www.franklinshopper.com.
- Weekly winners will be chosen at random. Winners will also be notified by phone and our Facebook page on September 13th, 20th, 27th, and October 4th of 2023.
- Entry Deadline: All entries must be received through The Franklin Shopper website by September 29th, 2023.
- General Conditions: BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOUR ENTRY MAY BE POSTED ON SPONSOR’S FACEBOOK AND TWITTER PAGES, AT SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION. You further acknowledge and agree that Entries which are posted on Sponsor’s Facebook page or Twitter page have no advanced in the reviewing or judging process and may not be winners.
