Ventura Foods Chambersburg Hosts Job Fair & Community Festival

The job fair will include on-the-spot interviews, tours of the manufacturing facility, and same-day job offers to qualified applicants. Available roles include machine operators, sanitation, processers, and material handling. New hires are eligible for a $1,000 sign-on bonus, a comprehensive total rewards package including benefits starting on your first day, profit sharing, and a $2 shift pay differential.

The event will also feature games and activities for kids and adults, live music, and free food, including Dietrich’s Ice Cream Truck.
